The aerobics room at the Fitness Club offers a large variety of exercise forms, from aerobics and boxing to yoga.

Aerobics Low - aerobics is the thing that a contemporary woman needs. Intensive group training to dance music will lift your spirits, burn excess weight, strengthen your muscles and boost your self-esteem.

Oriental Dance
- You love to dance? And why not! Dance is a great way to tone your body and a wonderful form of self-expression. The movements of Arabic dancing develop flexibility and grace through the sensuous Belly Dance. For incredible rhythms and constant hip movement, we offer Latino and other styles. When you dance, you learn to speak in the language of the body. You become free and confident. Join us—you won’t be bored!

Body Balance
- training on unstable surfaces (fitballs, balance cushions etc.) using "uncomfortable" body positions to develop coordination, endurance and strength of the muscles. The training activates both deep postural muscles and small stabilizing muscles.

Body Shape
- the training that will make your body perfect. While improving your figure, it will also enhance the tone of your muscles, improve your figure proportions and make you always feel fit.

Callanetics
- this is a unique system of exercises which activates groups of deep muscles. Callanetics, as a talented sculptor, will help you to model immaculate forms of your figure. Your posture will improve, your belly will become firm and hips and buttocks will get better forms. The main credo of Callanetics training is to turn an uncomfortable position into a comfortable one, and exercise methods are statics and low-amplitude dynamics. Even one month of Callanetics is believed to make your body considerably younger.

Dance party
- if you are a dance fan and love movement – this class is especially for you! Latino, hip-hop, disco – set our dance class on fire!

Dynamo Step
- studying basic aerobic movements step-by-step, you will have a practical opportunity to enjoy the advantages of step platform training! Unique choreography, inspiring music, a feeling of flight and efficient burning of calories.

Face Aerobics
- is face gymnastics which is a miraculous “remedy” giving you youth and beauty. We will help you to master it. Face exercises are designed to improve and strengthen individual face features and restore their tonus.

Fit-Yoga
- specifically focuses on muscle stretching and internal tranquility. Each posture is kept for a long time. Breathing exercises are practiced at the same time. Yoga training develops flexibility of joints, muscles and ligaments. These exercises are especially important for strengthening spinal muscles and ensuring good flexibility of the spinal column. A combination of aerobic dynamic exercises and static postures facilitates relaxation, enhances stress resistance and concentration ability.

Low Dance
- nobody will be left untouched by this wonderful combination of basic steps of classical aerobics and popular dance schools! This interesting training which requires high coordination works on all the muscle groups and gives your guaranteed high spirits!

Aerobics Mix
- You have some favorite aerobics styles and you’d like to do them all at the same time? No problem! We have just the mix for you. Our aerobics classes combine different styles in a single workout, so you get a terrific energy boost and a great lift in your mood.

Pilates
- these complex force exercises improve your posture, flexibility and balance.
Pilates is characterized by slow movements, deep controlled breathing and internal concentration. Pilates will help you considerably improve the way your feel and strengthen the muscles of your back and belly.

Pilates Mat
- this is a specific range of force exercises designed to correct muscle imbalance, develop nice posture, flexibility and dexterity. The benefits of regular Pilates training are an evenly trained body, improved interconnection of body and mind, relieved pain in the back and improved sleep. Pilates is a unique and comprehensive training which combines physical and breathing exercises, strengthens different muscle groups at a time and lessens load on your back.

Stretching -
is a range of exercises designed to stretch muscles, stabilize breathing and achieve relaxation.It facilitates stabilization and improvement of physical and spiritual health.

In addition to aerobic workouts, our instructors train in boxing, which gives an excellent energy boost. These classes are run by European Boxing Champion Tetiana Lebedieva. If you take classical boxing or kick-boxing, you will learn how to hit with your hands and your feet, how to defend yourself and move around, and practice hitting in gloves on a dummy. 

Boxing+aerobics -
is an aerobic training with elements of boxing and kick-boxing. It is done using a boxing bag and in gloves to the sound of music. 

Tai-bo -
 is tempo training to music with elements of both aerobics and kick-boxing. 

Fitness-intensive -
exercise affects all muscle groups: cardio-vascular (running and cycling machines), weightlifting, squats, stretching.
