Seven Stars and Stripes®

Thorsten Buehrmann, President of Seven Stars and Stripes®, announced the preliminary results of an assessment of the hotel before Premier Palace Hotel management and staff and the press. The final result of the evaluation will be kept secret until official publication on the Seven Stars and Stripes® website (http://www.sevenstarsandstripes.com). But according to the auditors themselves, the Premier Palace Hotel has come in at the level of the recently inspected Ritz Carlton in Moscow and the Grand Europa Hotel in Saint Petersburg.
Representatives of Seven Stars and Stripes® visit the best hotels in the world and review the quality of all services provided: room service, cleanliness in the hotel, the quality of interior design, the quality of the cuisine, and service in the restaurants and spa center. Everything is evaluated down to the tiniest detail, especially the ability of the hotel staff to satisfy the hotel’s guests.
Every category of star has a specific meaning:
- World Level Perfection – 7 Stars & Stripes
- Society – 6 Stars & Stripes
- Extraordinary – 5 Stars & Stripes
- Merit – 4 Stars & Stripes
The Premier Palace became the first, and so far only, hotel in Ukraine that has been given high marks by this organization, based on a review of several hundred parameters. The final decision about the star level to be granted to the hotel will be made by the organization’s international jury.
The evaluation of the Terracotta restaurant will be published on the Seven Stars and Stripes® within four weeks of the audit. The decision to award stars to the restaurant is made at a collegial meeting of the association’s chefs. The main criteria will be the impressions of the auditors, an analysis of proper serving style, the composition of dishes, and the combination of dishes and beverages offered.
The hotel’s Fitness Center has merited the highest marks, according to the auditors.
